In partnership with COLEAD, HDC held Outgrower Scheme Training Workshops in Mutare and Harare, drawing 46 participants from Agritex, cooperatives, agribusinesses, and HDC members.
The sessions focused on our Hub & Spoke model, and participants walked away with action plans to scale and improve their outgrower networks. This is part of our broader drive to build inclusive, scalable, and bankable models that link smallholders to markets.
